The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.

Forwarding Services & Container

Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long waiting times. The order deadline is 2 March 2018.

Traffic Regulation including Environmental Zone

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how Düsseldorf's environmental zone is controlled.

Networking-Dinner & Party

The networking-dinner and the party with live music afterwards form the ideal framework to deepen trade fair contacts and to expand networks The event is yet another highlight during the fair. Exhibitors, speakers and conference participants can round off the trade fair day together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Note: Additional tickets for Catering and the evening Networking-Event can be purchased on 14 March 2018 at the cash desk in Hall 8b.
