Entrance trade fair
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes as a component of your marketing and sales strategy and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

• Re-activate your former customers.
• Acquire new customers in a targeted manner.
• Tickets are only charged after admission.
• Overview of redeemed ticket vouchers at any time.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the Expo for Decarbonised Industries > Energy Storage online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.
Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.

The Conferences: In addition to the comprehensive range of energy storage systems and solutions for decarbonisation in industry and commerce, the Expo for Decarbonised Industries > ENERGY STORAGE offers a high-quality conference and forum program on the topics of research, science and industry that are currently of concern to both manufacturers and potential users of energy storage systems.
This includes the IRES Conference, the P2X Conference and the ecoMetals Day.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (Conditions of Participation).

All invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf are deposited in your OOS account.
In your OOS account you have the possibility to check the correctness of the invoices at any time.

The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products of our partner Deutsche Telekom offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.
Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.
