Admission Vouchers with Codes

If you would like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It is very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. All they need to do is print out the ticket. It also serves as a public transport ticket for buses, trains and trams on the local transport network Rhein-Ruhr (VRR).

Fraud Alert

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).

Exhibitor Pass: Your Ticket to Local Public Transport

Your exhibitor pass allows you to ride with busses, metro and trains (2nd class) in the Rhine-Ruhr (VRR), price level D, to and from the trade fair, free of charge. Please be sure to order any additional exhibitor passes by 26 February 2018.

Catering passes

ENERGY STORAGE EUROPE is known as Europe’s best networking event and trade show. During breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks speakers and conference participants will meet to discuss and interact with the community. The networking dinner and the party with live music afterwards form the ideal framework to deepen trade fair contacts and to expand networks.

The event is yet another highlight during the fair. Exhibitors, speakers and conference participants can round off the trade fair day together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Depending on your booth package you will receive catering passes.

Offer for exhibitors from the energy storage magazine STORE-AGE

The German energy storage trade magazine STORE-AGE from Energie & Management (www.energie-und-management.de) is publishing a trade fair special for Energy Storage Europe 2018. All exhibitors are given an opportunity to present themselves with a corporate profile, product report or advert.

Product news and corporate information for the trade fair special can be emailed directly to the STORE-AGE editors via speicher@energie-und-management.de until the end of January 2018. Please put the following note in the subject line: “Exhibitors news: Energy Storage Europe”

The job adverts will also be displayed at the trade fair itself.
