At the end of 2019, the terms of office of Dr Ioannis Ioannidis as CEMAFON President and Piero Starita as Vice President ended. The Presidency was marked by CEMAFON's new orientation towards future topics such as digitisation and interface standards.

On November 06, 2020 Dr Ioannis Ioannidis and Piero Starita were confirmed by the CEMAFON members for a further term of office until 2023.

With this election, CEMAFON receives the necessary continuity in the leadership, which is necessary for a successful further development even in these difficult times.
