, After daily news about the development of the coronavirus, intensive discussions with health authorities and our owner, we had to make a difficult decision today: We will postpone the trade fairs ProWein, wire, Tube, Beauty, Top Hair and Energy Storage Europe. In doing so, we are following the recommendation of the Federal Government's crisis management team in the fight against Covid-19, that the principles of the Robert Koch Institute be taken into account in the risk assessment of major events. On the basis of these principles - if we apply them to the upcoming events at the Düsseldorf exhibition centre - we must assume an increased risk. We have therefore made our decision with full responsibility for your safety and that of your customers and employees.
